Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.If you are unhappy with your item(s), please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please do not return your item(s) back without notifying us.
If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. For a refund, please send pictures of the item as it arrived IN THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING BOX. Please also let us know as soon as possible if you did not receive your order. We will file a claim for the insured amount with the carrier. Because each product is one of a kind pottery, replacements are not available.
